Pretty decent

Satisfies that need for cheap cheddar that tastes closer to the real deal. Nicely sharp but softer than most aged cheddars. Like that it’s white and still melts pretty well.

I love extra old cheddar but have found that most brands are not as sharp as they once were. Extra old cheddar is good, reasonably-priced and I'll buy again but it was sharper. Great for au gratin recipes, sandwiches, anywhere to add some zing!
