cute & hydrating

Bought a 3 pack of the "wild berry" flavour and I love it. As an organic product, the smell and taste is not the greatest (very mild and natural smell), but I don't mind this since I know it was made with simple natural ingredients. I love the packaging and size, and it is very hydrating for your lips.

Best. Lip Balm. Ever.

This lip balm is incredible! Not only does it hydrate your lips but it’s made with organic ingredients! I used to have to apply lip balms multiple times a day. Now I barely ever need to thanks to this lip balm!

Great lip balm

This organic lip balm is great, it's very moisturizing, there are many different flavours to choose from, and it's not too expensive. I would definitely buy it again.

Sadly disappointing

I had high hopes for this product when I saw it on the shelf!
It's organic. Made in Canada. Lovely ingredients list. The scent is okay (though I expected 'Canadian Maple' to smell better than that).

It glides on nice and smooth. It JUST. DOESN'T. HYDRATE. I don't get it. I don't know what's wrong with their formula, but this thing really does nothing for my lips other than the initial "mmm, that's smooth" feeling that soon dissipates.

Perhaps another type of their lip balms could work better? Not sure I can be bothered to fork out the money to test out my hypothesis.

Not worth buying. I now happily make my very own lip balm out of three beautiful ingredients and nothing more: cocoa butter, beeswax and coconut oil. Ridiculously easy to make, beautifully hydrating and it's dirt cheap!

Crate 61 Organics is a Canadian company. Their lip balms are 100% organic.

I bought this lip balm in the Wild Berries flavour from well.ca. The smell is very nice and fruity, though slightly synthetic, like fruit candies rather than fresh fruit. The shape of this lip balm is different from traditional lip balm tubes -- it's an elongated oval, rather than being round. This makes it quite awkward to apply, and I usually hold it vertically so the centre can go over my lips. Unfortunately, this means the lip balm won't wear down evenly.

The consistency is very smooth and light. I don't find that it lasts very well on my mouth. I have a tendency to rub my lips together when I've applied a balm, and whereas other balms will stay on, this one rubs right off within an hour, and I'm constantly reapplying. It doesn't feel like it's conditioning my lips very well.

Due to the shape and lack of moisture, I wouldn't recommend this lip balm. I feel like you could do better for the same price.
