Instant warm healthy breakfast

We love CREAM OF WHEAT INSTANT HOT CEREAL: MAPLE BROWN SUGAR in our house. The maple brown sugar is the perfect amount of sweet. I love it because I can serve warm filling breakfast to my family in minutes. Everyone from my 6 year old to his 35 year old Dad always look forward to Cream of Wheat.

What a delightfully tastful surprise to see this on my grocery shelf. Wonderful way to wake up to a hardy and wholesome breakfast. Reminds me of getting up for school and running to catch the school bus in front of my house.
My brother use to lift weights and this was his was part of his main go to nourishment plan right after each workout.

I would definitely buy again. Such a great taste and very filling.the price was a fair price as well. My son who is a picky eater loved it and actually asked for a second bowl. Big win in my house.

French Toast In Hot Cereal Form

I found this at my local dollar store for $1.25 for a pack of three. Each pack contains a fair bit of cream of wheat, enough to fill a fair-sized bowl once the water is added and absorbed into the cereal. The maple flavour is sweet but not overly so. The taste reminds me of French toast, with the eggy maple flavour. The texture is smooth with a mild grittiness. I will be buying this again and again.

To make, all you need to do it boil some water and pour the contents of the pouch into a bowl. Then add the boiling water and stir. It will look like there is too much water. Let this sit for a little while and the water will absorb into the cereal. Stir occasionally to help the water get absorbed. This makes a great breakfast. I usually take this with a fruit and yogurt, which I find to be a healthy and delicious combination.
