I use this mouthwash regularly.. However my dentist told me if you are using the toothpaste you really don't need to be using the whitening 3d mouthwash, any mouthwash will do and it is best to use one with antibacterial properties. I don't mind the " taste" of this one but I only buy it on sale, otherwise it is rather pricey for the small sized bottle.

I did not like the taste at all. I found it did not leave a freshing after taste, I prefer the regular mouth wash.. This definitely has a required taste.
