I was lucky to receive yet another product to test and review. I was excited to try this product because I have previously tried the regular Crest Whitestrips (which produced great results but brought on sensitivity and were very uncomfortable to have on). The quality of the strip was really good in that it held on very well and I did not really feel the taste of the product in my mouth for the duration of the time it was on. Taking it off was not very pleasant, as chunks of the product stayed on my teeth even after removing the strips. It took some harsher brushing to do so but eventually I removed it all. I did notice a difference right away, and was pleasantly surprised that a 2 hour product can do so. After reading others' reviews, I was worried that I would have sensitivity as soon as I removed it or the following day, however the sensitivity the day of was very minor and there was no sensitivity the following day (I usually have sensitive teeth & gums). Although my teeth do seem whiter, it is more of a brightening effect and not so much of a noticeable wow factor. I think this product is nice to use for that reason, but if one is looking for real whitening, I would say this is not the product to go for. I will most likely try and use the remaining strips in the box within the year to see if the whitening could get better but I probably will not buy this product.

My teeth were in the end about 2 shades whiter....not excessively white. It was ok to talk with in my mouth. The only downside was my teeth were sensitive right after til the next day. But is worth it, considering how much dentists charge. Though I Wish my teeth were whiter than they turned out.

I recieved this product from the review club a little later than everyone else and I was excited to try it but I ended up not being able to find the time considering it requires 2 hours to do its job.
I used it after I put my kids to bed over this weekend for the first time.The instructions were easy to follow and after sticking them on you can pretty much carry on with your day. At first I found the taste and the tingling on my tongue irritating. I havent used any other whitening products recently so perhaps im just not accustomed to the sensation and taste. After a half hour the bitter taste turned sweet which was more pleasant.
An hour in I could hardly wait to take them off and sleep but because I still had an hour left I decided that I would set my alarm to go off in an hour and I fell asleep.
Two hours in, as I was peeling off the strips, they were still stuck on pretty good which was surprising but the end result was very disappointing.There were a few white spots on my teeth after the treatment but I didnt notice any overall visible change. The following morning the spots were gone.
As for tooth sensitivity, I had no discomfort the night of using the whitestrips but the following morning I noticed my teeth were especially sensitive. I didnt expect any miracles before I tried this product but I did expect it to do more than leave a few random white spots. This product is time consuming and left no desirable results, I will not be purchasing in the future.

I was lucky to be chosen to test of Crest 3D Whitestrips 2 hour express. I had high expectations after reading some other reviews prior to using the product. I have used whitening toothpaste in the past and being a daily tea drinker, my smile needed a bit of whitening. The strips were easy to put on and stayed put during the 2 hours. I had a bit of foaming but nothing that was bad. When I took the strips off I was expecting better results than what I received. I definitely didn't receive the level of whitening that is promoted. My teeth looked slightly brighter but not something that I would have been satisfied with if I paid the full price for this product. My teeth were sensitive for the following 2 days and I would get the occasional sharp shooting pain. Sensodyne toothpaste seemed to help with this.

I had always wanted to try a teeth whiting product but had never gotten around to doing so...until I received this product as part of the product review club. I must say, that I am not sure if I will try an over the counter whiting system again. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the results of the product. I have fairly good dental hygene habits and brush and floss regularly - I was simply looking for a product that would brighten and whiten my slightly tarnished teeth. I am not a smoker, but I do drink coffee, so I was holding out high hopes for this product to improve the appearance of my teeth. Although the strips were easy to apply, I found it hard to keep them on for 2 hours...they started lifting at the base of my teeth. However, I did not experience any sensitivity. After I took the strips off, I must admit I was disappointed. My teeth felt very smooth, but they did not look noticabley brighter or whiter. My husband, who was not with me while I applied the strips, did NOT notice a change in the slightest...even after I explained what I had done. I would probably not recommend this product, due to the lack of results, and I most likely will not purchase it in the future.

THE REAL SCOOP

All the whitening power of Crest Whitestrips, in a convenient 2 hour application that would last for months? Well, this I had to see. I have fairly white teeth, don't smoke and don't drink coffee much but everyone can use a bit of brightening for their smile, right? I've used white strips (7 day application) before and the premise for these strips is promising.

The strips do actually stick on better than their weeklong peers. The ease of application is about the same, and I found the sensations/sensitivity to be about the same. My teeth were sensitive to cold for 1.5 days after application but they are better now. Interestingly enough, my gums also lightened up during that period but they are back to a normal colour now.

In terms of efficacy, I don't see a big difference between the results of this product and the regular strips but the advantage of course is the time savings. 2 hours is a long time to be sitting with something on your teeth, but it beats having to do it everyday for 7 days! I had fairly white teeth to begin with, so I cannot attest to how it will work on someone with significant staining. The fact that it only needs to be "topped up" every 3 months or so is a big plus. This would be nice before a big event to brighten those pearly whites.

BOTTOM LINE

I had hoped for more dramatic results (like those super white teeth you see on celebs with veneers) but for the amount of time invested, it is a decent product. I may consider purchasing again if it goes on sale but it is not a "holy grail" product for me.

Firstly, I had a hard time finding enough time to do this. I opted to do it while I worked on the computer in the evening.
I then had a hard time figuring which was the bottom and which was the top strip as neither one really fit the top or bottom quite right. After I decided to use the small on top and the long on the bottom, I applied them as stated in the instructions.
I started to work while I was waiting for my time only to find that my mouth watered continuously and the strips seemed to keep unfolding.I found this quite annoying and had to stop working in order to pay attention to the strips and my overly watered mouth.
After 2 hours of this aggravation, I removed the strips only to find little to no difference and then had to deal with 3 days of very sensitive teeth..
For the amount of time and annoying effects it causes, these strips are definitely not worth my time or money. I will not purchase these.

I was really looking forward to trying out the 2-hour express 3D Whitestrips thinking that they would be more effective than the regular strips. I was a little disappointed noting little difference between the 2 Hour Express and the regular Crest Whitestrips. 2 hours is just too long for me and i found my teeth to be very sensitive for several days. Will not be purchasing.

I had a hard time wearing these for the full two ours. I found the peroxide taste to be very strong! They worked well and I definitely saw a difference in the before and after. I did have two sensitive teeth for about a day afterwards. I'm not sure if this relates or is just coincidence, but about a week later, I have one tooth that is very sensitive to cold liquids. I would say that it's totally worth doing this once every 3 months!

I was delighted to have been sent this product for review...who doesn't want whiter teeth! Here are my thoughts:

PROS
- package was small and portable; easy for travel and not a lot of waste
- the strips were easy to apply
- I did NOT experience any sensitivity after my treatment and my teeth are generally very sensitive
- initially 2 hours seemed a relatively short amont of time for whiter teeth....

CONS
- after about an 1 hour I was ready to rip these from my teeth, I couldn't stand the feeling of these all gummy in my mouth
- the taste was quite synthetic/chemical.
- I personally didn't experience any noticable improvements in terms of whitening

If you currently use a whitening product then these are something which you will likely enjoy because they are quick and portable. If like me you don't have a lot of discolouration you likely will not notice any significant difference.
