Great...but...(read on).
I hope I'm reviewing the right product. It's the most expensive ones and they are stretchy.
Many people have already mentioned that these cause the most severe nerve pain that it can prevent you from functioning. It's no joke. I've had root canals and surgery that hurt less, BUT this only lasts for about 4-5 hours. But, yeah, as others have said, you need something for the pain.
I used to buy the 'latest leading edge' type whitening system from the Dentist. Now, only, these, because it does the same job. BUT, incredible pain. To avoid that, use two hours before bed time. The pain usually starts around hour 3 for me. If you've experienced it, before, then do the math so you can sleep through the horrible pain. I have insomnia and so I wake up a lot and I DO notice the pain when I wake up but I can always get back to sleep and by the time morning comes, no more pain, and I've slept through it. Alternatively, or in conjunction, hold a good wad of 'rapid relief sensodyne' in your mouth for about 20 minutes--a feat, I know! Then, instead of doing them every day and then when you notice your teeth getting yellow again, use them once a week or every two weeks for 15-20 minutes. Cuts down the pain and honestly, I have used them for an hour, as directed, experiencing horrible pain, but I have never noticed a difference in 'effect' when I cut down the time to 15-20 minutes, BUT did notice a difference in the pain. Pain IS beauty sometimes but too much pain? She ain't worth it.
I know what I'm suggesting sounds a little more expensive but it really isn't--I buy a box maybe once every 6 months.
Another little caveat, the company after YEARS of making these strips stretchy AND the same size have decided to make one strip shorter than the other one. That is just greed, plain and simple. No one has a shorter amount of teeth to cover on the bottom or top. So. What I do is use two per session. Two longer ones for the front of my teeth. The two shorter ones, I do my best to use on the inner parts of my teeth--this is why I USED to use the 'Dental Kits' from the Dentist because whitestrips don't bleach the inner part of your teeth. The Dental Kits were 'trays' filled with pre-measured bleach. Using two at a time might cost a bit more money because you are using double, BUT, if you have the type of smile where you really can't see the inner parts of your mouth) obviously, no one sees the top inner side, not even you), then maybe you could just get away with, using ONE and a half, but use the longer one for the top part of your smile and then the two smaller ones for the bottom part of your smile. So, the next time, you bleach them, you have one longer strip left, and you use that one for either your upper or lower and then, again, two smaller ones to make a longer one. So, each time, you are using 1.5 individually packaged sachets instead of two. I have done this, myself, and the two smaller strips do make one longer one and stick just as well.
One last thing: try to dry off your teeth with paper towel and then quickly apply the strips. They will adhere better and you won't be spitting every 10 seconds...or, not as much, I guess--lol!
Hope this helps....er...at least, someone :).
Undecided
I'm not sure how I feel about these... I just finished using them and my teeth are definitely glossier but I dont feel like they're any whiter. Next time I'd like to take before and after photos to see the difference

i think this is brilliant,as a smoker and lot of tea drinker i can get stains on my teeth but always fine this product really does the job and gets rid of them, there expensive to if they work im always willing to pay the price .
AMAZING results
This product is expensive but definitely worth the price. I would buy these again. They work really well and are easy to use. They don't taste bad either
It works
I've bought this a few times when my teeth aren’t the whitest. It does make your teeth a few shades whiter. I used to get complements from my dentist on how white they were.
Loyal customer
I have been using these strips for years but I think the packaging changed recently because it was harder to find (I usually grab the box with level 5 whitening but they've gotten rid of the levels now). I will usually use these once every six months to a year depending on my need. They are extremely effective and noticeably whiten my teeth after just halfway through the full treatment. I get compliments all the time about my white teeth, and I drink coffee/ tea/ coke all the time so that's saying something. I also use other crest whitening products to keep my teeth white between treatments (3D white glamorous toothpaste & mouthwash), but these are an absolute must have for me.
I bought this about 3 months before my friend's wedding. I found the first 3 weeks were ok. But then I noticed that my teeth were getting more and more sensitive. but the end of the first month. I had to stop using them. Very Disappointed
If ou are looking for a way to whiten your teeth from coffee stains or stains accumillated over the years, this is a great product. I myself drink a lot of coffee, day and night and have always felt my teeth had a little white tinge to it because of all the coffee. I tried these out and saw results right away. I will say it did hurt my teeth. I did feel a lot of sensitivity and that is why I personally will be looking into their toothpaste. The sensitivity was just too much pain to deal with for me. I already have pretty sensitive teeth. If you feel like your teeth are not too sensitive, then you should be just fine.
First used these and noticed a difference right away... or maybe it was because my gums being more red that my teeth looked more white (funny how that works!) Anyways I've been using them 5 days in a row and I've had to stop and use them every few days because I started getting SUPER sensitive teeth... Even when I'm using these, I'll get sudden pangs of PAIN that just stops me from whatever I was doing. I can't stand the taste at all so I usually use these in the shower where I can just spit out/drool.. which is really gross. I think they are a bit whiter than before, but I don't notice as much of a difference as the first time. By the way, if you have dry lips be careful putting these on because if they accidentally stick onto your lip they HURT when you take them off.
