Je ne crois pas recommandé ces bandes. J'ai trouvée qu'il n'a rien fait sauf causer problème sur mes dents. J'ai du aller au dentiste parce que ces bandes en n'ont pas valut la peine.

These are probably very good for a lot of people, but not for me. They actually hurt my teeth. I followed directions but my teeth seemed to be overly sensitive to them. I don't know why because my teeth are pretty healthy.

This stuff is soooo expensive Why bother? So many other things you can use for whiter teeth. Also, don't count out household products that work probably better.

I used these for 4 months along with brushing my teeth and then it started peeled my enamel off like it was nothing :( I'm not impressed one bit I would never recommend this to anyone also got rude comments when I called the complaint in..

They caused my non-sensitive teeth to HURT LIKE THE DICKENS!

Once I took them off the sensitivity and pain was radiating out of my mouth like a microwave.

THE PAINN.

I really only noticed a tiny bit of whitening and noticed some weird dots on my bottom teeth.

Just not worth the pain.

First off I want to say that I received these free to try as a member of the ChickAdvisor Club.

I was super excited to be selected for these as I've been looking for something to help whiten my teeth....due to my tea and coffee drinking :S After reading the directions I was a little bummed to see that the strips were supposed to be left on for 2 hours. Anyway.....on went my first set of strips....and I waited....and waited...and waited....and after 2 very long hours I took them off. I will say that the strips stuck to my teeth much better than others I've tried in the past. They also didn't taste nearly as bad as usual....which is a bonus since you need to leave them on for so long.

I didn't notice an immediate difference and went to bed the first night only to wake up with a beyond ridiculous toothache....is every single one of my teeth! It was so bad that I couldn't get back to sleep and had to take 2 Advil which unfortunately didn't seem to take any of the edge off. The pain lasted for about 3 days and I could barely eat or drink anything. Needless to say the first day I tried these was my last day.

Overall, the product seemed to stick on my teeth really well.....and didn't have a bad taste....but I didn't get to use them long enough to see any results. It's likely worth a shot for people who have never had a sensitivity issue.....but for those that have....watch out :s

I used these for the full 7 days, for almost an hour each day. I simply could not keep these on my teeth any longer than that. They were uncomfortable, and no way would I be able to leave them on for the full 2 hours. I didn't notice much of a difference in the colour of my teeth after using these for a week. The claims on the package that these are as effective as a $500 dentist whitening treatment are false. I would not buy these, nor recommend them.
