Crest cavity protection is a good toothpaste if all you need is to prevent cavities. I didn't and don't care much for a paste, I prefer gels, but this toothpaste works great. It left my teeth clean, my mouth clean and my breath fresh. Crest has been around for a long time, and I've always used this brand, until recently. A great product, and worth the recommendation.
