This burned the crap out of my mouth! I tried spitting some out but it didnt help. And definitely keep swishing. I let it sit and it just burned my cheeks even more. Once I was finished, the insides of my cheeks were sore and raw. I just don't think I will be trying any kind of mouthwash after this. I will just stick to flossing and brushing.

I told my dentist that I was using this product. She told me to stop as it can cause your teeth to turn blue. The crest toothpaste from this line will brown your teeth.

It does make my mouth feel cleaner than brushing alone. The taste while it's in my mouth is not too strong and is pleasant. Unfortunately the after taste when I spit it out is not so pleasant. Instead of leaving a minty taste behind it leaves what I can only think to describe as a sort of latex/rubber flavor.
