It is recommended to me since it does not contain alcohol, especially when I am taking medications. It works reasonably well and leaves clean taste. I often dip brush in it and run through teeth.

Love the rinse. After coming across this rinse, this is the rinse we use all the time in our home. nice refreshing taste. The fact it helps with issues before they start is a great bonus!!

Big fan of this rinse! Great taste, does an awesome job, and my dentist says that it really does help to fix the tiny cavities before they need fixing! A staple in our home.

Good mouthwash, leaves your mouth feeling fresh and clean. I don't find it spectacular but I like it and buy it on occasion.
