This is an alcohol free mouth wash. It has a fairly strong mint flavour that stays a while. When gargling it does froth up a bit, so you need to be careful. This product recommends not eating or drinking for 30 minutes after use.

A year later at my next check-up, the dentist commented about how great my teeth and gums looked, and I know it's because of this product! It's a great mouth rinse and it's effective. This mouth wash is refreshing and doesn't sting. It has a nice minty taste that makes your mouth feel fresh and clean. It kills bacteria in the mouth extremely well (you can see the bacteria it kills in the sink after you rinse). Great mouthwash.
