i love crocs!!! but i dont see the difference in the cheap pairs and the expensive ones
Hi
I"ve bought both the generic and brand name croc's and loved them so much!!! I just recently bought two pairs of the real crocs and even though they are just as comfortable they were much more then the generic so I will continue purchasing the generic beach shoes. I have yet to try the winter boots but plan to get them for this winter. Croc are great slip on shoes, they come in a variety of styles and are so comfy you will not want to take them off.
I bought into the fad! I wore them and loved them for a while but then I noticed my feet had a rash on the top of them .So I stopped wearing them and ta da... the rash went away.
I still slip them on with it's muddy, or I'm just running outside. I wear them boating. But I don't love them. I really don't think they are good for yoru feet or your back- not enough support.
I wish I had just bought a cheapy pair at Giant Tiger like my hubby!
I really wanted Crocs when they first came out. I bought some for the ridiculous price of $40 Canadian. Now I realize that I forked out nearly $50 for glorified gardening shoes that my grandmother has been wearing since 1972! They were a fad but they really are quite ugly. They are comfortable but my feet end up sweating in them and sliding around. You can't wear them in the rain because they have holes in them.
I was shopping one day and decided to try a pair of flats made by crocs. I love the look of a ballet flat but am always getting blisters and sweaty feet. These croc flats looked so nice that it was hard to believe that they were made by croc. I bought them and they give me worse blisters than my other flats. My feet get sweaty in them and slide around causing blisters to form on my heels.
The regular crocs are relatively comfortable but ugly - good for yard work I guess.
The croc flats are nice looking but hurt.
They are the UGLIEST shoes I have ever seen in my life. Don't own a pair and never, ever will! May be comfortable, but that doesn't mean I have to buy them. I really think it's hilarious when men and boys wear them. If they only knew how dumb they looked!!!!
Lets start out with the most pressing issue- crocs are Hideous. We all know it- its no secret. They are unflattering on everyone, and they come in either ridiculously bright colours or beige. But, if you can get over that fact, then, you can come to love them. (Though please, not out in public). They are fantastic for when you're going to go out and get dirty, and dont want to ruin a perfectly good pair of shoes- you cant ruin crocs. They are essential for camping. Just be reasonable with them- as long as you know when they're appropriate, they're awesome things. And they couldnt be more comfortable.
While I will admit these are not the prettiest shoes in the world, they are the absolutely most comfortable. I have numerous pair, the original clog style, "fur" lined, and "flip flop" style. I wear them mainly as slippers, but will occasionally wear them to go run errands (completely mortifying my entire family). The fur lined ones are great for colder weather and the lining comes out so it can be washed. They make great shoes for the pool/beach in the summer as well. The fact that they are anti-microbial is great for stinky, nasty kid feet as well.
I do agree with others who say you must get the actual Crocs. Knock offs are not as comfortable and will not last as long.
These aren't the most attractive shoes but they work!! The ease foot pain if you are on your feet all day. They are very comfortable and feel great!!
These are great shoes. If you have a job where you are on your feet alot, these are the shoes to buy. They are not that expensive- only about $25 a pair and they will last you forever! No, they are not the cutest shoes in the world but sometimes you have to sacrifice fashion for comfort. They are coming out with more and more fashionable styles, though, and I really think we will see more people wearing them!
