I love all the Crystal Light Liquid Drink Mixes because it helps me get more water into my system! I usually pick a lemon one or a flavour I know I won't get sick of if I'm drinking the entire mix that week. The Iced Tease Me flavour is pretty good but I found you need to put a little more into your glass to get the full flavour. Overall, I will continue using this product and have found the Iced Tease Me to be a good substitute for the sweeter fruity flavours. Highly recommend.

We should all drink more water, but that's hard for people who "don't like water". I hear it all the time!! "Water is boring." "It has no taste!". We stopped buying soda and have all these different Crystal Light liquid drink mix flavours for everyone in the household to choose from. Water consumption is definitely on the ups in my house.

This is a great drink to have on hand especially on a hot summer day...squeeze a half tsp in a bottle of water and it's refreshing and with zero calories and zero fat, you don't have to feel guilty about drinking it :)
