It hurts, but it works well
This is a charcoal peel-off mask that I got from Amazon and it works a lot better than blackhead strips to pull out whiteheads. First, I suggest you steam your face or wash with some hot water to open up the pores. Then dry your face and apply the mask to the areas you want. I've tried a full face mask, but since it's basically like glue and pulls at your facial hairs and the oils that are actually good for your skin, I suggest doing the full face mask only once or twice every few months. The best area to put it is your t-zone area, nose especially because it's like a replacement for nose strips. Even when doing just your nose, I suggest not doing it more than once a month because again, it pulls out oils and the good stuff from your skin.
After you've steamed your face and dried it, apply the mask, I sometimes apply my masks with a brush, but with this mask, use your fingers because it's very sticky and it might ruin your brush. Once applied, let it fully dry and then peel it off slowly, it will hurt, but if you pull it off too quickly, it won't pull out those pesky whiteheads and blackheads (make sure your hands aren't wet because that will wet the mask). If the mask is still wet/sticky, it will be hard to come off. A few times, I made it too thick and the mask didn't dry in one area when I was peeling it and it didn't come off. I had to scrub it off with a damp washcloth and my face was a bit red afterwards. So make sure your mask is dry!!!
