I brought this coffeemaker to replace another one that kept making watery coffee. I live on my own so wanted a single serve drip coffeemaker that used paper filters. This works perfectly well and provides a strong brew. It is reliable and always offers a good brew and the coffee comes out hot. It is fast and quiet and is an excellent price compared to what is out there. Once the coffee stops brewing the carafe heats for a while and then automatically shuts off so you don't have to worry about any accidents. The water reservoir is clearly marked and easily read to so you can see how many cups of coffee you are brewing.
