I use this Cuisinart Electric Knife for slicing homemade bread and I have to say it works really well. As someone who was naturally a little nervous of electric knives I found this a good weight and the handle comfortable to use without feeling slippery or clunky. It also comes with a blade for chopping meats. You can tell from the quality of the blades that it's a reputable brand.

My favourite two features are the safety lock, so you can remove the blades for washing without feeling nervous and the wooden block which makes for great storage. You can tuck the cord away and use the stand to set it up right instead of it languishing in a drawer. Great product.
