Never thought I would convert to an electric kettle. This product is fabulous and brews hot water for tea or French press in half the time of a regular stove top kettle. I first tried this one at my mom's home and couldn't believe how quickly 1L of water was heated. It was almost instantaneous at just about one minute! There are also different temperatures for a variety of teas. And although I'm certainly not complaining, the kettle actually brews water so hot you must wait a bit before being able to drink what you've boiled. Cool enough to touch immediately upon boiling completion though, unlike my Le Creuset Whistling stove top kettle! Highly recommend this. Safer to use (with its sealed lid and cool handle) and quicker than traditional stove top kettles.

Our Cuisinart electric kettle has 6 pre-set temperature settings so you can brew the perfect cup of tea. It also has a warming option and a removeable filter that's easy to clean. It's stainless steel so it looks nice on the countertop as well.
