I bought this Cuisinox Whipping cream Dispenser because it is so nice to use when entertaining. You simply pour into the flask your liquid whipping cream, then screw on the lid and twist in the Isi cartridge on the top of the lid. The pressurized canister converts liquid cream to whipped cream without all the mess. Each guest can serve themselves on their own dessert.
