I always use Culinary Parchment Paper when baking. It is a great quality parchment paper as it tears into the exact shape that you need without ripping apart. It also doesn't burn or turn crispy and dark brown! It is amazing quality, and the only parchment paper I use!
I always have culinary parchment paper in my cupboards .
It's a good quality liner that I use when I make cookies . I tear a piece off and lay it on the baking sheet , providing a barrier and making it so I dont have to butter it. Making an easy cleanup. Perfect ! It's great because it won't melt or ignite in the oven . I always grab it from Walmart . If I can't find any paper I will tear a piece off and give this instead to my nephews to colour on .
My life is so much easier with Parchment Paper!! I use it all the time. No more scrubbing baking pans now that I use parchment paper! Almost everything I cook in the oven is cooked on parchment paper. I line my baking trays with it and put the food on top. It doesn't affect how the food cooks in any way at all. The Culinary brand is the only kind I will buy as the no name ones aren't quite as good!
This product is well worth the money. My mom uses this product every time she bakes so that the sweets don't stick together. I would recommend this Parchment paper to anyone who bakes a lot.
This is great quality parchment paper. This is a product I rarely used until we bought this brand. It's great for dry poaching meat and fish. It's also awesome for lining pans when cooking high-stick foods like candied nuts or granola. I also use it when I'm making cookies for events or to give away as it gives them a perfectly smooth bottom and makes them look professional.
If you have fancy cookie cutters with lots of little parts cut out, you can roll them out on parchment paper and cook it on the same paper without having to lift your delicate cookies. This has allowed me to make incredibly intricate designs for snowflakes, gingerbread houses, etc. without warping the shapes.
Highly recommend.
This parchment paper is awesome quality. I love it for lining my cake pans. Its also great for making parchment bags for cooking salmon. Its often the more expensive choice for parchment paper but I often go for it! I use a silpat because it is reusable but for some applications it isn't possible (exp. lining cake pans)
I use this on a regular basis for a variety of tasks such as lining containers for sweets, to keep items from sticking while cooking in the oven, to separate items in the freezer to prevent sticking as well as drying flowers.
J'utilise très souvent le papier parchemin puisque je cuisine beaucoup les légumes rôtis au four ainsi que les poissons et les volailles. C'est bien pratique!
I love this product. Culinary Parchment paper comes in a multitude of variety products. I came across this at a Womens show in Abbotsford BC. It was a sample I thought nothing about for a long time used the normal product until I ran out. Once I used this I was hooked. It actually made the baking look better not a darker brown on the bottom of the cookies but a golden brown. the muffin cups are amazing too. Try this product it make clean up better.
Purchase this at costco its much cheaper and you get a huge roll. they dont have the muffin one walmart carries them .
