OMG that's hilarious that I saw this. I have 2 of these. I use them for work. I am not a Nurse, but they are awesome for me to hook on my work shirt and keep time of my breaks etc. I work with food and cannot have a watch on my wrist for health and safety reasons. They are light and don't pull on my clothing. The pin is thin so it doesn't make a big hole in your clothes either. They are affordable, the battery has been in mine since last Christmas. They are pretty cool

These are available at Walmart. These ones I bought on E-Bay. They are absolutely adorable. I'm a cashier like knowing the time but not wearing a watch. So its a win win. Plus they are so darn cute & they are a great conversation topic. They are totally functional. you can also replace batteries & best part $2.50. What a great deal. I bought 7 in different colors
