Cutex's new line of nail colors was released earlier this year, and I was excited to try it since I'm a huge nail polish fiend and I haven't seen Cutex colors since the 1990s! I chose Blues Fest, a just-about-pastel blue cream with a hint of periwinkle to it.

The brush is a little wonky, and the polish is a bit too runny for my taste. However, the color and finish are really stunning! The color is a cream finish but it has this nearly invisible pearliness to it that gives it a pretty glow. The polish dries to an excellent shine, as well.

Overall it's a nice polish though I would recommend that they improve the brush and increase the pigmentation and thickness of the formula. I have a full review and photos on my blog.
