These liquid vitamin D,I would recommend,especially for those who don't like taking pills.
Pills can be hard to swallow and leave a after taste.

This is exactly what I used based on my Ob/Gyn suggestions. I order it online from a major online retailer and it's not expensive at all. I use 3-4 drops on my tongue every morning based on my bloodwork results. I feel better when using this and if I don't keep a watch and run out, I notice the difference.
