Melted products and accounting issues
I have been a customer since 2018. I am suddenly getting boxes that are completely melted. Customer service is only by text, chat, and email. Getting my refunds/credits straight has been very frustrating. I would have given this company and their products 5 stars until this year. I believe they shipped with FedEx before and now UPS. That seems to have created problems and there was no dry ice in the last two boxes. You are not going to get items to me frozen if you do not pack the dry ice. So, buyer beware right now. Maybe they get their stuff together soon but for right now, I would exercise caution in ordering anything. And be sure that when a box arrives, you shake each cup. You should hear it rattle. If you don't, it is probably too melted to be safe to consume.
