I was pleasantly surprised to get a $35 gift and to try their cakes. It was a perfect time too as its my moms birthday and she loves ice cream cakes. My store didn't have much online to choose from so I just ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard cake. I was able to pick up in 2 days. the process was super easy and the cake tasted amazing. I hope in the future they have more themed options. I love DQ cakes and can't wait for the next birthday . Thanks for choosing me for this review .

I received my $35.00 gift card, and placed my order online. The cake I selected was the Oreo Cheesequake Blizzard Cake. It was very delicious. The cake was not used to celebrate anything special. It was just a yummy surprise for after supper. The online selection was good, but I hope they get more licensed kids cakes online in the future. The characters that are currently available (Cars/Toy Story) are old and need to be updated. The in-store pick up went very smooth and was super fast. The quality of the cake was great and I will definitely be ordering another one online.

Received my $35.00 gift card in the mail today after being away for a few days. I ordered a cake for my husband and I for our anniversary. I really liked using the on line option for ordering the cake. It was super easy to do and didn't take a lot of time either. I found that it made the cake ordering process so much easier than going into the store and trying to decide what I want while they wait for me to make up my mind.This way I didn't feel like I was holding them up or keeping them from something else. It actually made it an enjoyable experience! I will be ordering all of my DQ cakes on line after this and will be passing the info on to all of my friends and family as well. Received my $35.00 gift card from DQ..I ordered online through the DQ website with no problems was easy and convenient. I chose the traditional DQ cake (10x14 sheet) Found the selection great I ordered the golf theme cake for my husband for his Birthday also had our toy poodles name on it as well as it is his birthday also..lol..When I went to the store I just gave my name and it was all ready. The cake was exactly as I ordered. I will definitely be using the DQ website for my next DQ cake...It was a great experience!! The cake was delicious as usual. When I received my Dairy Queen gift card I knew right away what I would use it for. For years my girlfriends and I have been spending Thursday nights together. We do it every week and this past week was our 15th year anniversary. I decided to create a cake special for our night. We always drink wine on our thursday nights and so when I ordered the cake I had them write "Thursday night of fun" and have them put wine glasses on the cake. I placed my order online and picked out the date for when I wanted it to be ready. 2 days before the day someone from my chosed DQ called me to confirm my order and confirm all the things I wanted on the cake. The girl was very friendly and made sure she wrote down all my ideas and details. We confirmed the date and time and when I went to get my cake it was all ready and it looked awesome. See my picture I attached. The cake was a lot bigger than I thought it would be but we surely enjoyed it. Overall I had a great experience with this purchase and would definitely order another cake from DQ. I still have some money left on my card which means there's DQ smoothie in my future :)

I too received a $35 dollar DQ card. Thank you for that it was a wonderful surprise. I have never ordered or eaten a DQ cake before, we usually get our ice-cream cakes from an ice-cream parlor. I thought the website was very easy to order from. The selection of cakes was amazing, cakes and designs for every occasson possible and several sizes to choose from. After checking out the whole site I decided on a blizzard cake. It was a 10" round Turtle Brownie. It had brownie pieces, pecans and carmel on top and a fudge crunch center in the middle with white soft serve ice cream. It had a ton of the brownie and pecans on top and the whipped cream was delicious.The cake cost $32 and was fabulous. It was so big, well worth the money. It says it feeds 12 to 16 but we cut it into 20 slices and they were good size slices. We had the cake for a family gathering and it was a hit with both young and old. I would definitely order a cake online again and recommend it to anyone.
My only negative comment is that when I went to pick it up at my local DQ they could not find it in the store. I had to wait while they made one up. I didn't mind too much since it was just a basic blizzard cake and it was free. But if it would have been a special order cake for a special occassion I would have been upset or if I was in a hurry and didn't want to wait.
Regardless the blizzard cake was delicious and as I stated earlier I would order again.

1. I ordered a Rolo Blizzard cake.
2. I thought there was a great variety of cakes to select from.
3. The in-store pick-up experience was fast and easy.
4. We had no particular celebration or occasion for our cake.
5. I thought that they kind of cheaped out on the Rolo cake. There was no middle layer like most of their cakes or like they pictured online. I have had much better, less expensive DQ cakes, so this was a bit of a disappointment.
6. I would not recommend the Rolo cake, so if I had to base my answer on this experience alone, I don't think I'd order another one, but I have ordered DQ cakes in the past and I would definitely recommend them!

Received the very generous gift card yesterday in the mail, plus this was a free contest for members to join. Wasn't able to order my DQ Ice Cream Cake online, but did go into the store and picked up just a simple ice cream cake for dessert this evening. At the DQ store I visited, the selection of cakes was awesome, I didn't know which pre-made design I wanted to choose from, finally after what seemed like an eternity, I finally picked one, there was also no special occasion, just a ice cream cake for dessert. The quality of the product as always is exceptional, overpassed my expectations 110%

We would DEFINATLEY consider ordering/picking up another DQ ice cream cake in the future, maybe try a Blizzard cake.

I was so excited to be chosen for this review, it has been a tradition in our family to have a DQ ice cream cake at our birthdays so I consider myself a bit of an expert on their quality and products. We ordered a traditional cake mainly because we all prefer the fudge crumble, because of that there wasn't much variety other then different designs. It was a bit fun to pick through them and choose the silliest one we could find. The in-store pick up was great, the staff was friendly and answered any customization questions we had. We didn't celebrate an occasion - it was a cake! we celebrated having cake. :) All of our birthdays had passed and I wanted to make sure to get a truthful review in so we just got one for the sake of celebrating a Wednesday. There's no other cakes like DQ's ice cream cakes so the quality was excellent, it's consistent and cream and it's hard to only have one piece. I would absolutely order it again and have (and will continue) recommended it to my friends.

Dairy Queen DQ cakes are the busy moms solutions to dessert! I entertain quiet often and the hardest part of any dinner for me is making dessert. This past week I was hit with a double whammy, large crowd and oppressing heat! Who wants to make dinner, let alone dessert.

Thank goodness for Dairy Queens quick and easy on line ordering. I quickly found the DQ website and a local location that offers cakes. I navigated the website with ease. Choosing the type of cake or cupcakes was the hardest part! You can choose from what seems an unlimited options. Choose your size, flavour, build your own cake, and even cup cakes. I ordered the Oreo Blizzard cake (because it looked so amazing).You will need to allow 1-2 days for on line ordering.

The big day came and I sent my hubby to pick up the cake. He came home with another cake (readily available for pick up) not the one I ordered. Silly me forgot to tell him that needed to mention my name, and that I ordered one on line. Luckily for us, the manager at the store happily took back the cake and gave us the correct one. Showing that DQ values their customers. It was refreshing to receive such amazing customer service, even if it was our mistake.

The big dinner came and went and everyone raved about the cake. No leftovers here. The best part of the whole experience was the convince, and that the dessert looked spectacular.

I highly recommend this service to anyone with a ice cream sweet tooth that wants a quick and easy dessert. Two big thumbs up.
