My mother in law is one person that loves her birthday cake to be from Dairy Queen DQ she loves there cakes and is always getting people DQ cakes on there birthdays there have been a few I was not that happy with but most the time they are very yummy
These ice cream cakes are great tasting, and a fun treat. I bit expensive, but if you are looking to bring someone a fun edible gift for their birthday or other special occasion, why not.
Although I find the price ridiculous, DQ cakes are amazing and always a hit at birthday parties. Love them
Who doesn't like ice cream cake?!?!?!?!
Only downside is some flavours are way too sweet for my taste.
A great treat anytime of the year!
Lets cut to the chase.. That fudgey crunch? Yeah... that's signature DQ right there! I buy ice cream cakes from mom and pop stores (which, sorry DQ, actually have a better value... and you know... shop local) but no one can duplicate that delicious crunch.
It's just so tastey. Blizzard Cakes are good too, but heck - it's ice cream - I'm not picky!
They're a yummy treat for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, Friday's - whatever!
The DQ Ice cream cakes are like a little slice of heaven. With the creamy delicious ice cream with a gooey yet crunchy chocolaty center it was amazing
Love the taste of DQ cakes, my fave is the all chocolate cakes and the Oreo blizzard :) we make sure to take advantage of the cakes come birthdays
I've been buying DQ cakes for parties and birthdays for a long time, and I have to say I'm becoming increasingly disappointed in their classic cake (chocolate bottom, cookies/fudge layer, vanilla on top). It use to be a pretty even split between the chocolate and vanilla, with just a bit more vanilla to cover the outside of the cake. However, the last three or four I've gotten have only had a hockey puck size worth of chocolate ice cream, and the rest was vanilla. That means that the vanilla to chocolate ratio was 3:1, which is pretty silly.
