Birthday Cake Tradition

We love the classic DQ cakes with chocolate crunch and chocolate and vanilla ice cream. Our kids have requested them for many years. They are a bit expensive but feeds many people.

Love the dq ice cream cakes. I always choose this for the family for a treat. We dnt wait for a special occasion to get one. ANYTIME is time for a ice cream cake. Love picking our own designs too

Birthday Cake Win Everytime

I have three sons and we have a Summer birthday, a Fall birthday and a Winter Birthday. Their first choice for the Winter Birthday is always a DQ Blizzard cake. This year my Winter boy choose the Reese Peanut Butter Blizzard cake. We picked it up on the day of his Birthday and it was ready within minutes.The staff wrote out his wish on top after first asking him how to spell his name. There was no need to preorder,but if I did, I could have called or emailed ahead to ensure that the flavour he wanted was there. I did search other places for an "ice cream" cake but after comparing prices and the look of the other cakes available, I felt that I'd be better going with what we know. No disappointments. Yes his Birthday was yesterday, no he didn't save anyone a slice. lol

Scrumptious but Pricey

My family loves these cakes. From the original with the vanilla soft serve to the blizzard ones ( peanut butter cup being the reigning fave) there is no denying they are delicious. We usually get them once a year as they are incredibly pricey and I can't justify spending that much on ice cream frequently. They used to be on the higher end of affordable but in the last few years have gone up significantly. If you want something deliciously sweet with a fudgy centre then you want this cake.

Been a family favourite for over 30 years!

We have been buying DQ cakes for over 30 years now! It’s literally the only cakes all 4 of my kids ask for their birthdays (and they are all adults now. Ages 18-27!) Ever since their first birthday... it’s been a family tradition for us! They are not only delicious but extremely beautifully designed too! They will make them however you want! Only flaw would be the price. They are quite steep, but my family loves them so that alone makes it worth it for me ☺️

Love DQ ice cream cakes!

They are a little bit pricey and because of that we only end up buying them once in a blue moon sadly. They are delicious tho, we usually get a blizzard flavored one when we do splurge on one!

Can’t get enough!

Whether it’s a good report card or a special birthday there’s a DQfrozen cake. you can customize in so many ways. Personally I like the balance of the vanilla cake the chocolate is a bit much when you go full chocolate. Also the blizzard toppings make a nice treat! I would call in and order how you like or go before hand and find a special picture to put on there it doesn’t cost any extra and they have books you can look at

my fav since I was little

Ever since I can remember when my parents asked what kind of cake woukd I like and it was always the same answer ice cream cake.... I have never heard anyone say no to a slice they always eant seconds... now tgat I am a adult its my guilty pleasure my husband buys me one a week just for us we hid it on everyone and sneak it out its just to good to share truly delicious I eant a piece just thinking of it writing the review lol
