DQ cakes have a great flavour and I love the ice cream

I think I am the only person who doesn't think these are amazing. My favorite part of the cake is the fudge y candy layer in the middle. Other then that I could take it or leave it. However I have had a strawberry icecream cake from DQ that was actually pretty good. So that's why I gave the cake a decent review.

I do like a DQ blizzard cake, but I don't care for the price. I love the crunchy part, but there's just not enough of it. I also find the icing tastes weird and takes away from the flavour of the ice cream. But I so love a good cookie jar blizzard, and to have it in cake form is so yummy. Just wish they included more of it for the price you pay.

I used to really enjoy these but they aren't as good these days. The ice cream is great but we all want more if the yummy chocolate filling. And I don't like the way they decorate them now. Edible pictures and plastic tots aren't creative!

Still a stand by when you forget to buy dessert though.

I really enjoy the tastes of these cakes but I find them very over prices. Especially for the larger slab cakes. Also the last time I had one for my birthday, my name was so poorly written that my family members couldn't figure out what it said. As just a treat, they are good.

I have nothing against DQ (I'm a big fan of their Blizzard treats and I'm an ice cream addict in general), but I must say I'm not a huge fan of their ice cream cakes, they are just way too sweet for my taste (especially that chocolate cookie crumb filling in the middle). Price wise it's also too expensive for what you are getting. If you are into ice cream cakes, I'm sure you can easily find better value and quality elsewhere - DQ might be convenient if you need an ice cream cake real quick and there's a location nearby, but it certainly won't be my first choice.

Love the DQ ice cream cakes. So yummy. But don't bother getting them to do art work on them. We used to be able to get them decorated really nicely, but the last few years has been nothing but disappointing disasters. And the managers don't seem to care. No point ordering one ahead. Just go in and grab one from the freezer and write on it yourself. It will be a much better job.

The only way to have this ice cream cake taste great is to pre-order you're favorite flavor like cookie dough - you would have to ask them to double up on the cookie dough(cost extra) if not the cake doesn't have much taste to it other than the fudge in the center

Kids love them but I absolutely hate cutting them !!

For an ice cream cake Dairy Queen is the place to go. They are good with personalizing the cakes and do everything possible to make the customer happy.
