Horrible taste

Husband bought me strawberry cheesecake cupcakes from DQ for my birthday, was looking forward to them and they tasted horrible! The chocolate shell had absolutely no taste and the ice cream tasted freezer burnt. Will never buy them again! Huge disappointment.
