A few years ago, I have never even heard of such a product, let alone bought it. It was only after reading a few reviews about interesting Daiso stuff that I came across this.

This is an eyebrow sealer in a container just like a nail polish bottle. The nylon bristles apply the clear liquid on finished brows to seal the colour on. It worked great in hot, humid conditions and some precipitation - though not as well if under a lot of water (did okay while swimming once.) There is not much of a scent.

A few things - once it is set, it is difficult to correct brow mistakes - so it will need to be washed off completely before doing it again. A little goes a long way - more than that will look unnatural. Not recommended for the long term, as it does contain alcohol. (I only use it in the hot, hot days of summer.)

Cheap, but effective.
