For my slippery soled high heels, this worked well to add grip to the balls of my shoes while remaining discrete. They were easy to apply - sandpaper the sole to allow the shoe glue and rubber tread to stick, then adjust it to stick. Once it had cured for a day, it is ready to wear. I have not lost or had it peel off. Cheap price for piece of mind.
