Definitely a great girly movie for curling up with some snacks and having a cozy night in! Energetic dancing, sizzling romance, spectacular costumes. Not much more a girl could ask for in a film!

I love this film. Besides 'Save the Last Dance', this is my favorite dance flick. It is about a Cuban man who goes to America to meet his father that he's never seen. His father owns a dance studio, and a romance develops with one of the professional dancers (Vanessa Williams) and the Cuban (Chayanne). I should say, this isn't an amazing, Oscar-worthy motion picture, BUT it is a really nice story with some great music and dancing! It embraces some cliches, but subverts many, and it is a nice but small glance in some latin culture.
