Thank you to Dap Canada for sending us this to try for free! We were very excited to do a review of Dap Alex Plus Acrylic Latex Plus Silicone Caulk because we have been using this for our construction company for years! We have built over 200 plus homes in NS and this is the caulk sealer we use! It is durable and long lasting! It dries in 30 minutes! The added silicone makes it flexible! And it can be painted over! It provides a waterproof seal! I now have my own tube on hands for those moments for when I get tired of waiting for someone else to do it! It is so easy to use anyone can use it. I use this to seal baseboards , trim around windows and in the bathroom around trim. Everywhere!! I highly recommend this product!!We love Dap !!!! Easy to Apply

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

As an individual with little experience in the DIY area this product was easy to use. It applied bright white, smoothed out easily and clean up with a cinch. I was worried that any mistakes I made would be hard to correct but with the longer dry time that was made easy. I have used this to caulk the bottom edge of my tub and now I have the confidence to continue with other trim in the bathroom. Would definitely purchase this product in the future and recommend to others.

Great product and easy to use

I received this product from butterly for free in exchange for my honest review. This latex caulk is super easy to use. I had old Caulking around my windows that needed to be redone. I got a silicone scraper and got it all cleaned of and applied this and use my Caulking tool to smooth it out and it looks like new again. Super happy with this product and will definitely be buying from products from this brand.

My go-to!

This is my go-to for painting projects around the house! It works great to give a nice clean finish around baseboards, doors and windows! I also love how quickly it dries and that you can paint over it with regular water based paint. I’ve used this for years and never have issues with cracking or pealing. Will continue to purchase it!

Alex Plus All Purpose Acrylic Latex Caulk

I received Alex Plus All Purpose Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone (300 ml, White) for free from Butterly and DAP Canada for testing and review purposes. The caulk tube was easy and clean to open and install in the caulk gun. After cutting an angled opening in the spout, caulk flowed in a precise stream. Thanks to the even flow of the caulk the application looked great and very professional.
