Alex Plus does it again!

I was lucky enough to have received a full size sample of Alex plus All Purpose Acrylic Latex caulking plus silicone for our house! So smooth, dries fast, and white like it’s supposed to! Doesn’t dry out too easy in the tube, and a little goes a long way. Durable and really a great product, thank you so much!

Awesome and easy to use

This product was super easy to use and easier to clean up! This product produces very low odour which makes it great for indoor projects during the winter. It's very versatile in temperature range which makes it easy to use. I love that you can easily paint over this type of product too! I would definitely recommend this product! Reliable silicone

We work in renovations and are constantly using silicone for finishing - DAP is the usual go to - it’s cheap and it’s reliable. It gets the job done. Our best recommendation if you are doing this for the first time is to get a GOOD gun for application. It’ll make your life way easier. Also be considerate of the size of the cut you make, start small! Usually I wouldn’t review but we received this product this one time from DAP directly.

Wonderful Easy to use

As a first time home buyer there are alot of things that needs fixing. DAP All purpose Caulk made it easier for a novice like me to learn and apply this easily. As we can also paint it , we were thrilled to explore it further. Super excited to try other caulking products by DAP as well.

Easy application

I'm so impressed with how easy this was to use. During application, it was easy to apply, and even when I messed up, it was really easy to correct it. I loved that it dried really quickly, too, and that I have the ability to paint over it. It didn't have a strong odor to it, and after drying, I was happy that there weren't any cracks. I like that this will have a waterproof seal to it and that the end results look clean.

Best diy

I received the Alex Plus DAP for free from Butterly for my honest review, and I’m seriously impressed! 🙌 This caulk works wonders for sealing gaps and cracks around the house. It’s super easy to apply, dries quickly, and leaves a durable, paintable finish that blends perfectly. 🎨✨ I love how flexible it stays, so it won’t crack over time—perfect for long-lasting results! From windows to baseboards, it’s got you covered! 🏠🔧 The only slight downside is that squeezing the tube can be a little tricky at times, but the results are totally worth it. Highly recommend!

Gotta love Alex Plus All Purpose Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone for quick fixes around the house. I received this excellent quality product to test, for free, in some DIY home repair jobs and I am so impressed. It filled large gaps between flooring and baseboards, and sealed tiny cracks where ants where getting inside the home. It is very flexible, easy to use and best of all gives a waterproof seal! You can paint it to match any colour cabinet, wall or flooring. Easy to use in my old caulking gun and I cut a small 45% angle off the tip first so I could do all the fine lines in my home. Then I re-cut a wider tip for the larger cracks. For a waterproof product it was unbelievably easy to clean up any smudges, gloves and tools. I would highly recommend this product. Works very well!

I have recieved this product for free, as a promotional test.
I used this product to seal around my bathtub because it was leaking.
The previous caulking had failed.
I found the Dap Alex Plus to be easy to work with and has done the job effectively.
Has stopped existing leaks.
I found it easy to use and to apply.
It came out of the tube consistently during application and cleans up easily.

Pretty good product!

I have used similar products to this one but I find that this one is the best for multi project use. I wouldn’t use it in a bathroom or any high moisture area but on places like door frames, windowsills, or baseboards it’s perfect. Dries pretty quickly, and great if you need to paint over it. Overall good product!
