Effective caulking made easy!

Loved using this caulking from DAP. Really easy to apply with our caulking gun and glides on smoothly. Dries quickly and low odour. Just wish a cap/lid came with it to for later use!

One of the best paintable caulk products!

Thanks to DAP for sending me this caulk to try out! Living in an older home that we are remodelling, this product is great for finishing off projects and making them look professionally finished. I love the paintability of this product and that it has a variety of uses, being an all purpose acrylic latex caulk.

A great option for paintable DIYs

I recently had the opportunity to try Alex Plus All Purpose Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone, which Butterly generously sent to me. I must say, I was quite impressed with its performance!

Application Experience
The caulk comes in a convenient 300 mL tube, making it easy to handle and apply. I found the consistency to be just right—not too thick, which allowed for smooth application, yet thick enough to fill gaps effectively. The tip of the tube was easy to cut, allowing for precise application in tight spaces.

Adhesion and Flexibility
One of the standout features of this caulk is its strong adhesion. It bonded well to various surfaces, including wood, drywall, and metal, which I tested during some home repairs. I also appreciated the added silicone, which gives it increased flexibility, making it ideal for areas that may experience movement or expansion.

Drying Time and Finish

Durability
Though it's too soon to say, I haven’t noticed any cracking or peeling, which often happens with lesser-quality caulks.

A quality produce

I like this product because it was easy to apply without to much mess. It made smooth straight lines. Did not have long for it to dry. Most of all it no smell to it.

I’m satisfied and happy with the result in sealing the gap to our window frames, it does a smooth job and easy to dries. Plus it doesn’t have a strong odour which makes the job easier and bearable.
