My secret weapon to make all of my board and batten look professionally done is always DAP caulk & silicone. I love that this is highly flexible, has a low odour, is waterproof, and is paintable in 30 minutes.

Worked awesome for what I needed it for

Was provided this for free from Butterly in exchange for my honest review.
This product to review couldn’t have come at a better time. I needed to re-caulk around my bathroom baseboards.
Application was easy, the finish was seamless and I really liked that it was paintable 30 minutes after application.
I appreciated the low odour as well.
I’ve had it on for a couple weeks now and it still looks good.

Great Product - DAP

I really liked the Alex Plus All Purpose Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone because it’s fast drying and smooth. It was very durable when it cured. I use it for all of accent walls. Baseboards, trim, windows and doors. The best part is is that it is paintable!

Decent Product from a Reputable Brand

I received this product free from Dap through Butterly, to review. I used it on an indoor project. I found it a little thin compared to other caulks, but it flowed well and was easy to use. It didn’t have a strong odour at all. Cleanup was very easy, compared to other caulks. It was not paintable in 30 minutes. It was barely setting up, but humidity in the area probably slowed that down. I’m looking forward to a flexible waterproof seal.

Amazing and useful for home purpose

This was a good product! I used it for my kitchen counters and cabinets! I recommend this it is great. I also used it for home diy projects. This product is good because it dries fast and it looks clean.

Does the job!

Used the Alex Plus All Purpose Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone 300 mL White on the backsplash to counter seal. The product spread easily and was very nice to use. There was no discoloration when it dried and so far it's been keeping a good seal. Haven't noticed any mildew or hard water residue. It does the job and is exactly what you expect. A pretty good value for the price!

Great look & Easy Application

This caulk worked very well for my project. It applied smoothly and driplessly using a dripless caulking gun. I had enough time to correct errors but it still dried quickly. The final result looks clean and bright and has held up perfectly over the past several weeks. Definitely a product I will use again!

Covering the gaps

I got this tube of Alex Plus Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicon in White free from DAP and Butterly. As an acrylic latex I think it is the perfect choice to use for caulking around the inside of my door. It will provide a draft free lock. Its low odor, dries quick, paintable, and waterproof. Its also going to last 40yrs. I found it to be really easy to use with the caulking gun as its flexible to get an easy flow stream without mess. Now the door is ready for all seasons. #gotitfree
