Easy to use, even for a beginner! I was sent this product for free to review. The caulking tube was smooth to install in the gun, and the caulk flowed evenly. It dried fairly quickly, and was very rewarding for a noob like me.

Perfect choice

A must have

I recently used the DAP Alex Plus All-Purpose Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone for sealing gaps around the house and I’m quite impressed with its performance. The caulk was very easy to apply, thanks to its smooth consistency. I didn’t experience any clumping or difficulty when dispensing it. It sticks well to a variety of surfaces, including wood, metal, and painted surfaces. The addition of silicone in the formula gives it enhanced durability, particularly in areas exposed to moisture or temperature fluctuations. It’s also mildew resistant, which is great for bathroom or kitchen applications.
The white color blended well with my surfaces, and once fully cured, the finish is smooth and professional-looking. It also cleans up easily with water before it cures, which makes the process less messy. It offers great value for the price and has proven to be a staple in my DIY toolkit.

Alex Plus - Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone in White.

Honestly, do I even have to review this? I've been a fan of @dapcanada since I started my DIY projects when we moved to our first home. It's pretty straight forward to use. Snip the end to make a tiny opening, load it in your caulking gun, and start caulking! I wet the tip of my fingers to slide it through the line for a much smoother finish. I also have the tool to do that but it's more satisfying to use bare hands. Lol

It dries quick after that. I used it on baseboard trims, window sill, and even used it as patch on nail holes because why not? It's that versatile!
