Reliable Caulking to Keep Things Dry

I was given this sample of Alex Plus acrylic latex caulk in exchange for my honest review of this product.
Alex Plus caulking was much easier to apply and clean up than other caulking materials I have used before. I used this caulk to seal an older window before winter sets in. Since this caulk dried quickly, I was able to apply the caulking and paint on the same day. I found the product did as described. There was no strong odour so I was able to work with the window closed and not be bothered by the smell. I would use this versatile caulk again for indoor and outdoor jobs around my home.

Easy to work with

The caulking was getting gross in spots around my bathtub, so I decided to remove and redo it. DAP Alex Plus Caulk Acrylic Latex Caulk with Silicone was easy to use, not very messy and dried in a decent amount of time. It really made being a newbie to this sort of thing easy.
Definitely a must have for small home repairs 👍

Works well

Easy to apply and works well when following the directions. I like that it can be painted. I recently applied it to a door frame and several window frames and it went on smoothly. I hope and expect it to last as the product promises.

Works great

#got it free This product was super easy to use. It went on super easy. Love that you can paint over it in 30 min. And really love that it is water proof. Especially being we were sealing a patio door. Will definitely look at buying from DAP again when we need more products.

Great for use

Thanks @butterly for me to try this product #forfree by @Dapcanada #latexcaulk #silicone #paintprojects. It was time for my family and I to do some repairing around the house just in time before winter. The caulk is in white. Best to use as waterproof seal such as sinks/tubs, windows, anywhere. Low odor so it shouldn’t be bothersome to those with scent sensitivity. Love that it’s ready for paint in 30 minutes. Will be purchasing more to finish up some minor renovation here at home.

Worked wonders to reseal

I got this product free to use and review!! Worked wonders to resell my toilet and the bottom of my shower. Was easy to use, quick drying, no mess! Will purchase for when I need to do my windows.

One of the best

This is a perfect product!
My partner is a carpenter and used this often in the past including in our home.
But this was my first time trying it by myself ;) i have tiles around my oven that needed sealant and painting.
Tube is easy to open, just snip a little of the pointy end and load in the caulk gun.
I applied a strait line where needed and smoot it lightly with a wet finger.
This product dries really fast so you can paint over it after only 30mins.
Next time it is dry and warm out, i will try and do the outside of the bedroom window.

Amazing for renos

Amazing for renovations! So thankful I got this for free through butterly so I could test it out! Worked great around windowcils and in my bathroom! I will definitely use this in future renovations. I ended up buying a 2nd one actually hahaha (pictured)

Household Must Have!

I received Alex Plus All Purpose Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone as a free product to #trybeforeyoubuy in exchange for my honest opinion. My husband used this on our ensuite bathroom tub to recaulk it and he was very happy with the results. It was very easy to work with, the application was simple and smooth, and it had a very minimal odour. Dry time was also very quick as we were able to use the tub by the end of the day. I and my husband would definitely recommend using this product to our friends and family! It is great for the do-it-yourself person. @dapcanada @thisisbutterly

Le Caulking idéal

J'ai reçu le DAP Alex Plus Caulk @DapCanada et comme j'avais des travaux à faire chez moi (finition de moulures, cadrages portes et fenêtres) il m'a été très utile! Il s'étale bien, ne fait pas de bavures et se peinture à merveille. Je le recommande fortement et vais en racheter assurément!
