Worked easy to apply

I enjoyed this sealant and used it in my bathroom and along my kitchen cupboards easy to do and I was very pleased low on the smell I would buy this product again for my door ways as well.

Waterproof and low odor sealant

I love Dap products for many diy quick projects the Dap Alex advance latex sealant is a great waterproof sealant I used it for my bathtub edges it was quick and easy to use as I cut the top the right size but also easy to clean up the uneven edges a smooth easy application and it doesn’t shrink with a low odour overall impressed with the results another great product for finishing up any diy products

Works great

I recently had a chance to try out this new Alex Ultra advanced sealant. My first impression is that this product goes on smooth , seems to looks whiter, and easier than a different Dap caulk I compared it to. After letting the sealent set up for 15 min I wanted to try and see if it was ready for paint and it was. I was able to paint over it without messing up the sealant bead. I definitely will purchase this again

Water resistant and low shrinkage!

I had the opportunity to try DAP ALEX ULTRA Advanced Latex Sealant, for some DIY projects at home. I've used different DAP products in the past, but mostly for patch and repair work on a wall. This however is an indoor/outdoor latex sealant, that's both water resistant and low shrinkage, so I thought it would be perfect to re-caulk around my exterior door. I'm really glad I did. The sealant was super smooth to apply on the interior of my door, but I did have some messier bits around the exterior brick. Would have been best if I had cut the tip a little smaller for those nooks and crannies. In the end, I was able to smooth the sealant out fine. A big bonus for me, is that there was literally no odour and clean up was quick. I've already completed some other projects! Super happy with DAP ALEX ULTRA.

Easy to use

We have been renovating our house and this product came right on time. We used it to seal our new tub in our master washroom. Very easy to use, light weight and had a good drying time.

Does the job

Is similar to other sealants and gets the job done. Swipes cleanly easily and dries quickly. It's easy to use and I was able to fill in some gaps around the house.

thanks for letting me try this one! and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. This product it straight forward to apply and goes on nicely. Dries super quickly and no nasty smells.
Additionally, the low odour was another pleasant surprise. Very good at sealing all cracks. Would recommend and would by again!

Great product to paint over

DAP ALEX ULTRA Advanced Latex Sealant can be used interior and exterior. It is a high performing acrylic latex sealant that dries quick making it more efficient. It is great as it goes on smoothly and easily with low shrinking so the paint won't crack. It is heavy duty, durable and works on a variety of surfaces. It is low odour and also doesn’t pick up dirt. Excellent results and works great.

It was great to use but I know of other cheaper Brenda as well, but I would still recommend it to anyone who wants to use it wether it’s worth the style or not

So easy to use!

I was soo excited to try this and it did not let me down. I needed to redo the caulking around my bathtub so I could repaint my bathroom and have everything looking new. This product went on so smoothly and easily, and dried way quicker than I was expecting. Perfect product for your DIY home project. Highly recommend!
