Easy Use for Beginner

It was Super easy to apply, no odour and was able to paint over it 30 minutes later! Love that it’s waterproof and you can easily use it indoor or outdoor.

Great sealant

I used this sealant to seal the gaps when I replaced my baseboards in the basement. It worked very well for our needs. It was very easy to use with a caulking gun and was very smooth once applied. I liked that I didn't have to wait long to paint over it as it's ready in just 15 minutes.

DAP sealant

I recieved this product for free to test & review. DAPS Alex Ultra Advanced Latex Sealant helped me fix a spot under my window that needed some upkeeping. It comes out well & also really dries fast which is great when you have a touchy kid ! Hahah.

Best sealant I've used! Dries so quickly which is great to get the job done and paint right away. Love that its mildew and mould and water resistant. I used along my bathtub and it was great! Adheres to all surfaces and easy clean up. Highly recommend!

This works perfectly

Alex ultra advanced latex sealant is definitely amazing just exactly what we expected. Was so nice to have a dry so quickly so we could quickly paint over it and finish the job up twice as fast. I didn't crack it spreads very nicely. I love how it's a low odor it's flexible 100% waterproof mold and mildly resistant. It's just perfect definitely our go-to. It's also good for interior and exterior.

Redid my tub with it

Needed to redo the chaulking of my tub and actually conveniently enough the dap product came in and came in handy. 100% recommend using, I would suggest waiting an extra half day for drying
