Excellent on Baseboards!

I used Dap Ultra Latex Sealant on my bathroom baseboard. The baseboard had come off due to improper sealing and moisture. I used DAP to reseal the baseboard and it looks great. It was quick and easy! I was able to paint over it the same night and finish this small home project.

Product worked great, as explained. Personally couldn't use as I'm allergic to latex but another family member used it in the house and they said it was fantastic.

I received the DAP ALEX ULTRA Advanced Latex Sealant for free from Butterly, thank you! DAP products never disappoint and this product is no exception. The application was smooth and it dried quickly. The patch was painted over with great success.

Easy application

The DAP ultra advanced latex sealant is perfect for all my at home DIY Projects. We used this when we installed a new bathroom door and will be using it around our new toilet installation and after I repaint the bathroom wall and cabinets. Easy to apply, and mold & mildew resistant!

Not to bad

Liked this product. It was really easy to use and didnt smell funky. Did not shrink like other products and didnt have a weird colour. Fit into a normal gun as well.

Easy to use

Great product! Easy to apply. My husband was impressed with this product. Definitely will purchase again for our other bathroom! Ties quicker then expected and has a nice finish

Does a great job

My husband used the calking around our windows. He found it easy to use and so far he’s been impresses. Buy another tube for rest of our windows. Seems to be waterproof and dirt won’t stick.

DAP does it again!

What a difference in consistency and ease use compared to the competition or generic product I switched to for a while. Quality really is so much different in the DAP brand and I will be sure to switch back for my next purchase.

Just in time!

I received the DAP Advanced Latest Sealant as a gift in exchange for my honest review and honestly this could not have come at a better time. We have recently decided to do DIY touch ups around the house which meant resealing and re painting. It was so easy to apply and the perfect consistency that made the job pleasant to complete - it wasn't too thick and applied smooth. I was amazed that it actually was paint ready in 15 minutes which is awesome when you are trying to get jobs done - no more waiting hours before having to finish! The paint application afterwards was hassle free, no sticking or chunking when applying paint overtop. The only downfall I had found is that as easy as it is to apply, it just kept coming out slowing when not in use even after removing it from the caulking gun. My only suggestion is to have all your jobs set up and ready to go so you can apply assembly line style. Other than that I am so happy with the results, as the with a fresh coat of paint on top it looks good as new! #dapcanada #alexultra #diywithdap
