Easy DIY for a Beginner!

I have always kind of shied away from this type of DIY despite moving into a house that badly needed some repairs. After putting off fixing and painting my front door for 2 years this was the perfect opportunity to get it done & try a new product! I have to say. I love this! It went on really well & love that it is fast drying so I could get it painted quickly too! I gave it longer than the 15 minutes it says it needs to dry (solely because mom life called) but it was fully dry and paint went on no problem! I look forward to trying this on other projects in my home!

Works like a sharm

I used the product to seal my bathroom sink and toilet replacement. And works as promised. Dried quickly, no smell, and the finished seal is amazing. I would highly recommend this product to others ...

Easy to use

I am a mother of 2 very messy toddlers, so having to replace the caulking around the sinks and having them out of commission while they dried was a frightful thought. However this caulking was so easy to use and dried enough in 15 minutes that the kids were able to clean themselves up in no time at all! Loved that it was so easy to clean up any mistakes as well since I'm still learning how to DIY little things around our home.

Used in bathroom

This product works great. Very quick drying and has an extremely nice finish. Used along our baseboards in the bathroom as well as the shower. Very pleased with the results.

Highly recommended

I received this Alex ultra advanced anti-shrink sealant from @thisisbutterly @dapcanada . I used this to seal around my windows , bathtub and kitchen sink in my home. Since the cold weather is around the corner, I noticed my windows weren't sealed properly. This sealant was easy to use and it didn't shrink! Very impressive stuff!! This caulking was easy to tool and smooth to apply. The color blends greatly with white trim and molding without needing to paint it. I am already in the process of purchasing another to work more with this sealant. Dap is the best. Definitely recommended!!

Great for Bathtub/Bathroom

I used this caulk on my bathroom around my bathtub and it is amazing! Easy to use, quick to dry and works really well. I am confident that my walls and the tub are fully sealed. I also like the white option VS the clear, which I was surprised byy.

A Great Sealant for DIY Projects

I really enjoyed using the ALEX ULTRA Advanced Latex Sealant inside my bathroom. I was looking for a sealant that provides a waterproof seal is mildew resistant, and this sealant did just that!

I like the way that it doesn’t pick up dirt and was quick to dry in just under 15 minutes! After drying, I painted over it and I must say that the results look great!

I would highly recommend this product for all your DIY home needs.

Perfect for busy homeowners

I am a new homeowner and I have lots of diy home renovations to deal with to spruce up my new home. Waiting 24-48 hours for products to dry just doesn’t cut for me! I need quick drying times to be able to move on to the next steps in my projects. When I heard that DAP Alex had a 15 minute paint ready sealant, I knew it was the product to help me finish sealing and painting my entry door. This product was easy to work with and was absolutely paint ready in 15 minutes, I was quite impressed. Definitely a product I would recommend and that I will be using again!
