Stays fresh & looking clean!

In exchange for my honest review, @thisisbutterly sent me a #freeproduct #DAPAlexUltra. I live in a pretty old house, so I am always looking for ways to improve it, and as the #1 caulk brand pro-painters prefer as well as a fellow DIYer, I knew I was in for a treat! This sealant is an excellent multi-material adhesion and also has the lowest shrink latex on the market. With these two features combined, it should provide a long-lasting seal that won't crack after, even painting and is also backed by a Lifetime Guarantee. It was so easy to use, I popped it in my caulking gun, cut the tip off, then started sealing the gaps around my windows, and went on to filling cracks in the walls. Surprisingly, it didn't give off any odour, it dried extremely quick, and the clean up was no effort at all. And the finish, that was the best surprise of all. It looked absolutely amazing! Superior quality, excellent performance, I'd say it got the job done right and more!

Amazing stuff!

We received ALEX ULTRA Advanced Latex Sealant as a free sample from butterfly. It was very easy to use, dried literally in 15 minutes like it said and was so easy to paint over! We used it to caulk the baseboards in one of our bathrooms. My husband is very familiar with different sealants and said by far this has been the best one he used. It also didn't have a super strong odor which was great!

Quick job done

This caulking tool is very easy and smooth to apply. Remember you Must be gentle in squeezing the trigger otherwise pressure build-up would occur and it would keep oozing out. Love the ability to paint very quickly after application. This speeds up my work in one shot. Also it's water resistant which is a very big feature. The color blends greatly with white trim and molding without needing to paint it. Time will tell about flexibility.

The ability to paint quickly after application is certainly a time-saving feature. I don't have to wait for the caulk to fully dry for hours before applying paint, it took only 15 minutes to dry which significantly speed up my work process.

Pro Performer, You need it!!

The ALEX ULTRA Advanced Latex Sealant has exceeded our expectations! It works so quickly and looks like the job of a professional. My husband and I have never enjoyed a DIY project more after using this sealant. It has a really quick setting time and doesn’t have an intense odour like some we’ve tried in the past. I truly felt like less was more using this latex sealant and the finished product is outstanding!

If you’ve been eyeing it, just buy it! You won’t regret it :)

Squeezes like toothpaste!

Had a few minor fixes to do in my bathroom and this product was amazing! It squeezed out like toothpaste and came out so nicely didn't have to do any additional work! Highly recommend!

Durable and low odor

This came just right on time, we're really planing on doing some DIY project in our powder room and bathroom. I've filled the holes and imperfections in our bathroom walls and my husband changed the toilet bowl wax sealing ring and used this to seal the edges.

It has thick consistency which makes it durable and long lasting. Easy to apply and did not crack. It saves time, you only need few minutes to the wall is ready to paint. Plus it is low odor which I love!

Easy to Use & Clean

I received DAP Alex Ultra Sealant from @dapcanada & @thisisbutterly for free for my honest review. I had to fix the sealant on my kitchen counters therefore, was excited to try this.
