Just what I needed

My apartment is 12 years old now and I have started to see a few cracks here and there. I was so glad to receive the Dap Alex Ultra Advanced Latex Sealant to try for free as I was not sure what product to choose on my own. Dap was great. It was easy to use and worked so well. Quick drying

This was quick to dry, low odour and could paint same day as applied. I cannot comment on long term anti-shrink properties. Went on easy with little mess.
