Easy to use and drys evenly

I’m very happy with this product. I started a new product that needed this and it went on evenly and dried evenly as well. Nothing I hate more than a product that drags or comes out clumpy. Which this product most definitely did not do.

Easy to Use and Effective

DAP ALEX Ultra Advanced Latex Sealent was easy to use and worked well! We used it to recaulk our bathtub and it looks and turned out great! My husband used it but also showed me how so I can do it next time! Super easy and effective overall.

Looks perfect!

I used this product to re seal above some of my baseboards. It applied smoothly and has a matte finish when dry, which should be very easy to paint over!

The product is great! It is of great quality, very easy to use! Great when you are trying to do little home improvements or are a serious contractor and are trying to get the work done.

Works but emphasis on paint projects is odd

It's ideal for paint projects, offering quick drying and excellent adhesion. However, its emphasis on paint benefits seems puzzling for sealant projects commonly done in bathrooms and kitchens. Despite this, the sealant applies smoothly, is low in odor, and offers superior waterproofing and mold resistance. Overall, it performs as directed, but the marketing focus might not align with the typical application areas.

It did the trick. Works exactly how it says it would. Doesnt look all grimy or gross once applied. Nice bright white in color. Even better that there isnt a strong odor.

Easy Cleanup

I liked this product. it was simple to apply and very easy to smooth out for tough corners. it dried wonderfully and will be purchasing more this weekend.
