Easy Peasy!

I love learning new things and so if a home diy task seems within my skill set, I am all in. I have used DAP products before and love their versatility and the ease of use. This product was no different! Once loaded into my caulking gun, I was off filling in the cracks and crevices, indoors and out. My technique with the gun is a bit rusty, but cleanup was still a breeze as the product is easily cleaned up with water. It dries quickly and when it dries it looks just the same as when it was applied - no shrinking or dreaded cracking in sight! It can be used on so many surfaces and offers mold and mildew resistance once cured. It sets to the touch within 15 minutes and is fully cured after 24 hours! Thank you DAP for making fixing up around the home so effortless!

I recently had the opportunity to try out the DAP ALEX ULTRA Advanced Latex Sealant in exchange for my honest review from @thisisbutterly and @dapcanada for some home improvement projects, and I must say, it's a game-changer! As someone who enjoys tackling DIY tasks around the house, finding a reliable sealant is crucial, and this product exceeded my expectations.

First of all, the application process was a breeze. The sealant comes in a convenient tube with an easy-to-use nozzle, allowing me to apply it precisely where I needed it. The consistency was just right, not too thick or runny, which made it effortless to control.

Dap has done it again! They have created a superior product that gets the job done right the first time. Super easy to read and follow instructions. Easy to use product. Quick use, easy clean up. Truely ready to paint in 15 minutes! Made all the cracks and suprise gaps disappear. Making the walls, door frames, window frames and areas in the bathroom look so much nicer! Recommend this product for new and seasoned DIYers and Professionals! Added bonus it has no odour!

My husband really loves sealant

My husband is absolutely loving this Latex Sealant!! It is durable and very flexible that applies super easily and smoothly. My husband usually cannot handle strong smells, but this is low in odour, and doesn’t pick up dirt. It has great quality, and it can be used on a wide variety of surfaces, as it is also a 100% waterproof!!

One of the best ones out there

I have been renovating my house this past year. This has been always my go to sealant. Its easy to use and I have had no problems whatsoever. It dries quickly allowing time to repaint the surface.

Works great , easy Application .

We recieved our DAP product in the mail 3 days ago and finally decided to use it. It's a great product, easy to use and easy to apply . Was very satisfied with how it went on and looked after we were done applying it. Very happy with the product and will be purchasing more tubs in the near future.

Project done with ease

I received this product for free to give my honest opinion about it. I needed to go fill in the cracks I have around my kitchen counter. This is why I was happy to be able to try this product out. I like how it has very low odor to it. I do not like when products like these have string odors. This is great!! It allay it not a must product to offer and Cleans up very easily. It's ready in about 15 minutes to paint over it, which is great and helps to have your pricy finished quicker.
I like that I can use it inside or outside.

It’s a hit!

Over the years, he’s tried every tool, every paint, every sealant but this was NEW!! He’d just finished a room using a different Dap sealant but was open and excited to try one he’d never used. Fortunately we have a handful of ongoing projects so he jumped right in. It definitely had noticeably less shrinkage and we were able to paint/touch up after only a brief 15 minute wait. Great sealant

Great for the bathroom

I used it to seal around my bath tub because the sticky tape that was there was all peeling off and gross. I am satisfied with the results obtained with Dap Alex Ultra! It was easy to use and it gives a clean result.
