Very fast drying time

I've use various versions of this product and have been not wowed with them as I am with this one. Definitely a good addition to my tools and equipment. With the fast drying time and ability to spray paint immediately after application it's really beneficial for anyone who's interested in this kind of thing.

Does it job in full honesty

This product was so easy to use and worked great!! It took only 15 minutes to dry and I was able to brush paint my baseboards and other surfaces (which it works well on) and have a nice seal.

I have been renovating my house this past year. This has been always my go to sealant. Its easy to use and I have had no problems whatsoever. It dries quickly allowing time to repaint the surface.

This is a great sealant. It was ready in about 15-20 minutes and then able to paint. It is very easy to use and would recommend it to use. It doesnt have a strong odor.

Decent latex sealant for home

This product works like most average sealants I've used on my house. I don't think it's any better than other products on the market for a slightly higher price. It works well like it says on most surfaces. I used mines on bathroom tiles to seal and prevent water and mildew.
