Easy-to-apply and great for Canadian weather!

I recently moved into my home and I’m plagued with many little renovation projects, and sealing my windows was one of them. Even though it is winter now, I did notice some cracks around my windows and this AMP’s sealant came in handy. It is super easy to use, you apply it like any other caulk, and the consistency is super easy to work with. I applied it around my windows when it was below freezing with no issues, and it dried very well. I did not get the chance to paint over it, but I can tell you now, it sticks well to the window casing! I can touch it and it feels flexible enough for the changes in weather/temperature. I’m sure this sealant is 100% better than the one that was already around the windows!

I'm Amped About DAP AMP

I needed to seal around my front door and when I was ready I noticed the siding around my door was wet from snow. DAP AMP can be used on wet surfaces so I went ahead and applied. Went on smoothly with minimal effort. Applying it over visible moisture didn't affect application and it setup as expected. Handles like silicone but unlike silicone I can paint it brown. I love it and plan to use DAP AMP for my future DIY projects!

Great help for the DIYers

Thank you Butterly and Dap for letting me try out this product. It’s a great all weather sealant to have, which is a good asset, because once you’re done, you don’t have to worry about the weather destroying it. My husband and I are are very novice when it comes to DIY and this sealant made it easy to do one of our windows and our door. If you follow the instructions, which are extremely easy, and make sure you have a caulking gun, you’re set. It’s ready in 30 mins, there wasn’t any strong odor and it stays flexible. This is a good find for those who want an easy sealant fix and want to do it themselves.
