Weird disappointing texture with no distinctive flavor

Originally, when I saw the inside of the bar I thought that it would be crunchy because it looked like there was crisp rice inside. That said, when you bite into it it turns into this soft crumbly cookie and when you chew it there's no distinctive crunch or even texture whatsoever. It's coated in chocolate to an unnecessary extent and the chocolate itself doesn't even have a very impressive taste.
