Healthier alternative to a salty craving

Sometimes I crave a salty, crunchy snack but I try to eat relatively healthy. Do you too? These Breton Sprouted Grains Sea Salt crackers are an available alternative for these cravings. I find them very tasty, crunchier than the usual Breton crackers (more similar to Christie's Wheat Thins) and the sea salt topping is quite prominent. The nutrition facts are negligible with 2g protein, 1g fibre, 3.5g fat and 90 calories per serving. The box is 145g (serving is 4 crackers for 18g) so it is a bit more expensive in value than other crackers but worthwhile purchasing on sale.

These crackers are so satisfying and not completely unhealthy for you! It's hard to find crackers that are both! I find they are pretty pricey so look for them to go on sale and stock up!
