This is the top tier of Matcha available at David's Tea. I love it, but you have to be prepared to make it properly if you truly want to enjoy it. To make matcha properly, you need a whisk or a milk frother, either of these work, and you also need a small sifter. The matcha will clump and if you don't sift it before you make tea, it doesn't matter what the quality is, you'll get a lump of bitter green tea in your mouth.
If made properly, David's Ceremonial Matcha is as good as the Matcha I bought in Kyoto Japan. This tea is a hobby of it's own, however, and you have to be prepared to experience a completely different kind of tea. I recommend picking up this tea when you get a free credit with their points program rather than eating up that cost yourself.
Ok so matcha is usually expensive so I guess its an ok price for the quality and the taste it has. But I'm more of a aromatized matcha kind of person so I found this one a little tooo traditional and It's kinda like if you're drinking grass but it's good when mixed with fruits in smoothie or other cake recipes!
